Where is the class held? The class is held in Kaiser Hayward Hospital usually in conference room C3. 
How many weeks is it? Each class series has 4 weekly sessions. Major holidays are skipped. 
What should I bring to class? Please bring pillows, pad for floor and a companion to class.
How soon should I register and attend? Register for this class between your 16th to 20th week of pregnancy and attend beginning your 30th to 36th week. If you are expecting twins, it is recommended that you come to class even earlier. 
How do I register? Register for class through Health Education, Hayward, 510-784-4531.
What does it cost?	Kaiser members pay $60  
Non-members: $100  
Kaiser members with Alameda Alliance Insurance: $15 
Payment - check, money order, or VISA/MasterCard only; no cash accepted.
When are the classes meeting? To accommodate almost any schedule, the class is offered with your choice of Friday nights or Saturday mornings.  The class meets weekly for 4 weeks and lasts for 
2 ½ hours each day.  Dates and times may change, so call the number above for corrected times and dates.  Enroll early to ensure a space in the class you need.
